Job Description
We are now looking for an experienced Project Manager to support major industrial initiatives within Robotics. The assignment includes responsibility for sub-projects within the Campus Robotics program as well as other factory-related projects, such as the introduction of new products into production. This role is central to the development and transformation of future manufacturing operations.
Your responsibilities:
As Project Manager, you will lead and coordinate sub-projects connected to production development, factory relocation activities, and industrialization of new products. You will work with cross-functional teams consisting of internal specialists from various technical disciplines, as well as consultants engaged for specific tasks.
Your responsibilities include planning, execution, follow-up, risk management, stakeholder communication, and ensuring alignment with other sub-projects and the line organization. The role is based in Västerås, with regular interaction with global Robotics teams.
Technical & Operational Scope
The projects span the entire production flow, including:
External and internal logistic
Assembly
Painting
Testing and verification
Quality assurance
Production relocation and industrialization
Introduction of new products into manufacturing
You will typically manage 2-3 projects in parallel, each with a duration of 1-2.5 years. Project teams consist of 4-10 members, and most industrial projects fall within a value range of SEK 20-30 million.
