Would you like to manage our future research projects within Processing Systems? Would you like to be part of a highly specialised and qualified team? As Project Manager in our Research & Technology team you will help us to improve our management of technology development projects even more and independently drive development projects from start to end. The position offers great freedom and responsibility, as well as a wide internal and external network.
The Research & Technology team within Tetra Pak Processing Systems has a global role to drive advanced development projects of new production concepts and to extend our organisations knowledge about food processing. Many of our development projects are complex and are run together with customers, industrial partners and/or universities. We also support Tetra Pak market and product companies with technology expertise in commercial projects and product development.
Your main responsibilities will be to:
• Manage projects from start to end, including requirement and risk analysis, planning of resources, communication and documentation.
• Inform, report and give recommendations to the project governance body to facilitate project decisions and progress.
• Lead technical project reviews in a group of technical specialists.
• Contribute with your own technical expertice within the food technology area, e.g. methodology, chemical analysis and measuring.

As a Project Manager you will contribute with your eye for analysis and planning and the drive to deliver the projects on time with quality. You are result as well as change oriented to find the best solutions.
To be successful in this position, we believe you have several years of experience from managing development projects within the food or processing industry. You are used to reporting to steering committees and managing technical project teams. Your technical expertise within chemistry or food technology and you hold a MSc in Engineering and a Project Management certificate. Should you have experience from contracting external laboratory suppliers, it is valuable. Your English skills are excellent.
