We are now looking for a project manager to join our growing radar technology team.
YOU AND THE TEAM
As a project manager within our radar technology team you will be part of the innovative radar competence group within Core Technologies. We develop advanced algorithms at the research frontline, as well as production-ready high-quality algorithms for embedded systems. Our work also includes identification of new technology trends, performing technology roadmaps and acting as a competence center within Axis with regards to radar technology.
You will play a vital part of the radar technology team. Your main focus will be on planning and leading development projects within the radar team. You will also manage the communication between the project and stakeholders within the organization. Projects are typically run in small teams of 4-10 individuals using modern agile methodologies.
With a strong technical focus you will have the opportunity to take part of the development of new exciting features for Axis surveillance products together with passionate and skilled colleagues in an environment where engineering skills are highly valued.

We are looking for you with the right combination of technical skills and personal characteristics. We expect you to have a solid background in project management and a focus and interest to help people in your projects to develop and grow. A technical background from SW development is a merit. We work in a very dynamic market and as a project manager to thrive in this environment you need to appreciate driving change.
As a person you are pragmatic and structured with an open and curious mindset. You are communicative and enjoy teamwork.
