What you can expect
As a Project Manager you will primary work with products in serial production and you are responsible and accountable for leading change from request to released product in serial production. You will work closely with Change Teams located at our manufacturing sites, both locally and globally.

As a project manager, you will be responsible for:

• Determine scope of change request, negotiate possible alternatives with internal & external participants, and manage details of change implementation.

• Present changes in Change Control Board (CCB)

• Drive global changes within product area

• Lead and support design related quality investigations

• Interface to organization regarding questions in serial production

To be successful in this position, we believe that you have:

• Experience and genuine interest to drive improvements on products and processes

• Basic knowledge in areas such as: Engineering, Industrialization, Supplier Quality and Supplier Management

• Experience in Project Management

• Good skills in English and Swedish, both spoken and written

Education

• University degree within Engineering, or equivalent work experience

Your first months at Magna:
