JOB DESCRIPTION
As Project Manager your challenge will be to lead one or several projects in parallel with various scope and complexity. The projects encapsulate both hardware and software related requirements. You will work close to technical expertise from different units, with product project and cooperate with other project managers.
Your main tasks will be:
• Project lead our platform projects
• Enforce the collaboration with other development units
• Contribute to develop our processes and methodic
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS
We believe you have a master’s degree in computer science or similar, some years of project management experience and competences in tools like MS Project. You are a pedagogical and communicative project manager with the ability to coordinate and structure several projects in parallel.
A part from this you are a creative, driven and goal oriented individual with the ability to promote good team spirit and a creative work environment. Your ability to corporate with different teams and individuals will be crucial for our success.
Experience of leading HW prototype projects is a merit when applying for this position.
TEAM RESONSIBILITY
The Product Platform team is responsible for a platform used in all Axis products. The team works with the development of Linux Kernel, drivers and application frameworks for technologies like vision and imaging. The team is also responsible for realization of concept products addressing the market 2-5 years from now and platforms for validating new technologies.
