Our organization 'Strategy, Architecture and Systems' (SAS) executes several major change initiatives in order to provide a state of the art framework for proficient product portfolio development. Are you a result oriented and hands on project manager with good knowledge in product development? Do you recognize the importance of both hard and soft aspects in providing great results? If so, you are probably the one we are looking for!
The main tasks for this position are;
• Synchronize roll-out of the PLM solution with respect to affected products and projects to minimize business interruption
• Manage planning, execution, monitoring and reporting to governance for obtaining the desired business benefits
• Manage the project budget, risks and the main project documentation
• Interact with other initiatives and relevant stakeholders to assure coordinated deliverables between the SAS portfolio and other project portfolios
• Provide appropriate awareness on project status to applicable stakeholders

Competence and requirements
For this position, understanding of product data management principles and the connection to depending downstream activities in e.g. production and aftermarket is essential. Furthermore:
• Good knowledge of project management methodology
• Good understanding of the wider objectives of the project
• Strong leadership and management skills
• Excellent knowledge of change management principles
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Excellent problem-solving ability
