Are you motivated by challenges and want to deliver in a dynamic environment? We are looking for one project managers within Tools & Attachments Division R&D to join the PMO (Project Management Office) team.

Your mission
As a project manager you will lead our product development projects from idea to a launched product. In this role you are the leader of the project management team where the project plan, goals and objectives are formed, committed and achieved. The job will involve many contacts with people both inside and outside the division, including international contacts.
Location and travel
The position is open in Fagersta, Sweden. Moderate travel is anticipated.

Your profile
Preferable you have experience in project management with similar complexity as for our products. You have the ability to structure the work, have a good sense of orderliness and both the willingness and capability to consistently deliver the right quality with good delivery precision. You have sound knowledge about product development processes, project management and technology development in the field of mechanical engineering or mechatronics. To succeed in this role you have the ability to see the holistic picture and lead teams towards achieving goals. You have a positive attitude, are a self-starter and are driven. You also are a team player, communicator and a highly motivated person. Preferable having a Master of Science degree in engineering or business and administration or equivalent knowledge through working experience. Overall 5+ years of experience in engineering, operations or marketing. Experience in project manager and proven track record in leadership is meritorious.
