hela Sverige Volvo Group Trucks Technology seeks an engaged person to join our YEC (Yearly Efficiency Cycle) team working with operational excellence. As a member of the YEC team you will work with the coordination of training and operational improvements. Our core team is currently going through a phase of reformation and we want you to take an active role in that.

You will report to the Director Process & IT Office in GTT and work closely together with senior leaders and technology experts throughout the entire GTT and Volvo Group.
Main responsibilities:
• Coordinate training and assessments to improve lead-time and quality in the Research and Development organization
• Manage our stakeholders, contribute to meeting their needs and identify new ways to improve operational excellence
• Champion continuous improvement alongside lean and agile ways of working

Volvo Group Trucks Technology (GTT) covers the entire value chain from long-term research to final delivery of complete vehicles for production to the Volvo Group truck business as well as supporting the products in the aftermarket. Experience / Qualifications needed:
• Adequate University degree
• Strong communication skills with the capability to work with and influence others - fluency in English is required
• Knowledge of lean and agile ways of working; practical experience is preferable
• Experience working in product development is a strong advantage
• Project management knowledge
• Pedagogical skills, or experience planning/delivering education is a benefit
• Positive energy with a drive to motivate oneself and others
• Skillset, experience and motivation are important; we're also interested in your mindset, values and flexibility to adapt to changing needs
