PROJECT DESCRIPTION
We are looking for a project manager for one of our clients initiatives. The Project manager will manage a strategic project that will strengthening thedigital offering to private customers. The work includes managing deliveries from both external vendors and clientteams.
The project will exists in an Agile enviroment with deliveries coming from existing or emerging cross functional teams. Project participants will come with knowledge and responsibility for business, user experience, IT and other units within the clients organisation, to take the project from idea to business use providing customer value.
The project will be run mainly at client sitein Stockholm/Arenastaden but parts of the resources may be distributed in several other locations. You will work with professional persons in an international environment delivering world class services.
DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS
* To be successful in this role it is necessary that you have practical and deep experience in managing implementation of mobile solutions in different architecture and technologies.
* You need to have excellent communication and collaboration skills. You have the ability to establish a working structure for coordinating deliveries from multiple parties. You should be a driver with energy that can alternate between full focus on current delivery and lifting the sight to get the full perspective of the project.
* You need to have experience in managing project in an Agile organization, which includes experience in applying Agile methodology and philosophy in development projects.
* Knowledge from banking and especially; savings, deposits, mutual funds and securities is an advantage.
* Fluency in Swedish and English is mandatory
