Our team has more than 10 years of R&D work, and we have now started the journey of scaling the Yangi technology with the aim to build a global packaging solutions company. In this journey, a key pillar is to further build our team with more enthusiastic and motivated people with the power and courage to push boundaries.
We are now expanding our activities within R&D with the ambition to continue to be the best in class within our segment.
About the position
You will play a key role in bringing the Yangi technology platform to the market. As project Manager, you will be the first point of contact in all aspects during the life cycle of a project and the main interface towards customers and suppliers. You will secure projects for complete production system deliveries, from feasibility to turnover.
We are a fast-growing organization, with fantastic opportunities for you to develop your role within Yangi and at the same time be part of our exciting journey.
Main responsibilities:

• Take overall responsibility for planning and execution of installation, commissioning, and training at customer sites, including the definition of acceptance criteria, for complete production systems.
• Secure supply chain for machine components and systems.
Skills and characteristics
As a person, you like to collaborate and find solutions where others see problems. You can combine process understanding with operational implementation power. To succeed, you are motivated by working in a startup environment and enjoy having a varied job where you one day are deeply involved in securing deliveries, and the next day at the customer performing site acceptance. You see what needs to be done, grasp it and in a structured and analytical way push towards completion on time. You have a burning interest for development and innovation.

Qualifications
To be successful we believe that you have a Master of Science with at least ten years of practice in relevant fields, gladly from the Hygiene, Pulp & Paper, Packaging industry or similar.

• You have a proven track record as a Project Manager with good results in an international environment preferably from machine project deliveries from feasibility to running production.
• Fluent in written and spoken English, Swedish is an advantage.
You are curious and like to solve problems by moving into unchartered areas, you combine your project management skills with solving complex technical challenges together with suppliers.
Further, you are result-oriented, structured, reliable and have good communication and interpersonal skills. You are proactive, possess the ability to take your own and drive initiatives and enjoy working both independently and in teams. You also understand the meaning and enjoy working in a young and fast-moving organization where co-learning and knowledge sharing are key to success.
Why join us?
Are you passionate about sustainability, innovation, and collaborations? Do you enjoy a fast-moving landscape where you can be a part of creating something new and meaningful?
