We have a role for Project Manager - EUS in Gothenburg, Sweden, please find below the details:

• Graduate/ Post graduate in any discipline
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Good Planning, Communication Skills, Problem Solving, Drive for results, standing along and Directing Others
• Good experience in managing projects involving user data migrations, application management, IAM platform upgrades, upgrade & integration of printing platforms, end user support.
• Understanding of MS AD, SCCM, Intune, SCOM, EMS, O365, Windows deployment services, Antivirus, client encryptions, windows 10 and Mobility management.
• Understanding of SharePoint, exchange, Cisco, hybrid, cloud, printing protocols and print server technologies.
• Understanding of authentication, authorization and auditing protocols, IBM ISIM and services integration.
• Should possess basic knowledge of end user computing technologies (support user access to services, applications, and data on any device and client locations)
• Determine business requirements, identify strategies, manage/negotiate schedules and provide on-going coordination, manage risks & issues, resource requirements
• Drive meetings with Architects & SMEs
• Discuss and understand application dependencies and third party dependencies for application migration.
• Able to schedule and run client meetings, capture minutes of meetings and conduct regular follow-ups
• Prepare detailed work task list for projects
• Coordinate closely with all stakeholders to ensure successful execution of activities on time and capture defects
• Good Customer handling skills
• Oversee and drive Value Adds and Continual Service Improvement Plan
• To be the Key contact for all problems and queries for all operations related issues
• ITIL certification preferred Handle customer escalations and fix the problems with appropriate solutions on day to day operations
• Intermediate skill in service operation and CSI
• Understanding of service now framework and operations
• Understanding SLO, SLA, KPI, KPO on support operations
• Prepare status reports and review it with client on weekly/monthly basis
• Effectively address conflicts among teams' and create a win-win situation
• To ensure that all responsibilities and project deliverables are completed within SLAs
• To implement Profit Implement Plan (PIP), review Budget vs. Actual Cost and analyse the deviation to plan strategies to reduce deviation
