Your role as Project Manager:
Our team is now looking to grow with an experienced project manager with some years' experience from a similar role. In the role as Project Manager, you will lead development projects in the System, Software, Hardware domains towards embedded systems. You will be involved in projects within our customers respective fields - Autonomous vehicles, Electrification, Wireless communication & Data Science to name a few. You will work in projects at either our customers. We believe that you love leadership, problem solving and technical development. The role will include, among other things, handling stakeholders such as suppliers, R&D, production and time & resource planning etc.

Who we are looking for:
Our priority is always to match you against missions that interests you. For this role we are looking for both Junior profiles with experience from development projects combined with a high ambition to learn how to lead projects, but also more Senior profiles with a couple of years' experience from leading development projects in the System/Software/Hardware domains.
Your role as a System Engineer:
In your role as System Engineer you will play a key role in a team of software developers and hardware developers as well as product managers in ongoing customer projects. You will be responsible in providing knowledge and expertise throughout the process including process changes, releases and delivery. You will also manage stakeholder requirements where we like to see that you have knowledge in any requirement management tool such as DOORS or similar. The role also involves writing specifications with close collaboration with the HW department. The role may also include design of system architecture and high-level system design.
For the role as System Engineer we like to see that you have previous experience within fields such as:
Software development
Hardware engineering
Mechatronics
Embedded development
System Integration & Verification
Knowledge in any requirement management tool such as DOORS or similar is highly meritorious for this role.
