hela Sverige We are looking for a person to join the Systems Integration unit at RISE in Mölndal to strengthen our expertise in reliability of electronic hardware.
You will mainly work in national and European research projects. Management of research projects and writing proposals for new projects are in the long term a central part of the work. The research is more focused on industrial research and development than on academic merit and it is therefore necessary to develop and maintain good contacts with industry.
Who are you?
You have a PhD or MSc degree in an electronics- or materials related field. You have knowledge and experience from work with reliability based on "physics of failure" as well as with thermo-mechanical simulations. Experience of multi-physics simulation of electronics is a merit as well as experience from developing electronics packaging and/or microsystems in an industrial environment or in close cooperation with industry. Experience from power electronics packaging is also a merit.
You speak and write English fluently, have experience in project management and preferably also experience in writing proposals for research projects.
This is a full-time position at RISE in Mölndal, Sweden. We have collective agreement and all staff have monthly salary.
