Project Manager - Electronic Hardware/Embedded Software
Thinfilm is searching for an experienced Project Manager in the field of electronics and/or embedded software. Responsibilities include development of demonstrators, prototypes and Thinfilm Memory reader systems.
These products are based on a Thinfilm-proprietary ASIC as well as MCU-based designs. Competence in electromechanical design would be useful.
As projects are run jointly with customers abroad, both in North America and Asia, some travel is required. Experience and formal qualifications in electronics and SW design and project management are desirable. We also look for and value personal initiative, the ability to work independently and in teams, and demonstrated English-language communication skills.
Requirements:
• More than 3 years experience of electronics or SW design
• M Sc in electrical and/or SW engineering
• More than 3 years of project management experience is required
• Experience of leading international projects is beneficial
