Ejendals is an international company with its roots in Dalarna. The company was founded in 1949 and the head office is since then in Leksand. Ejendals specializes in developing and manufacturing quality products that protect hands and feet. Our products are marketed under the brands TEGERA® (gloves) and JALAS® (shoes). Ejendals has its own factory in Finland and a long-term cooperation with some selected factories in Asia.

Project Manager Gloves Ejendals

We need to strengthen our newly formed function Product Management & Marketing with you, a meticulous and business minded Project Manager.

Main tasks will be:

As a Project Manager at Ejendals you are responsible for planning, overseeing and leading projects from concept through to completion. This is a senior role and requires interaction with a range of internal and external stakeholders, most often managing several moving project parts simultaneously.

Your main responsibilities:
Be a role model and inspirational leader in order to take on the responsibility of developing our TEGERA® gloves offer.
Leading project planning sessions
Coordinating staff and internal resources
Managing project progress and adapt work as required
Ensuring projects meet deadlines
Managing relationships with clients and stakeholders
Overseeing all incoming and outgoing project documentation
Participating in tender process i.e. design, submission and review
Designing risk mitigation plan
Conducting project review and creating detailed reports for executive staff
Optimizing and improving processes and the overall approach where necessary
Initiating new projects based on our long-term product roadmap and strategy
Managing large and diverse, global teams
Planning launch activities together with our Marketing team
Work with continuous improvements of our processes and routines

You will report directly to our Product Line Director.
Traveling will be necessary.

Education and Experience
As our new Project Manager Gloves, we think you relevant University degree or long experience from a similar field. We need you to have the aptitude for driving change and development of processes, structures and way of workings. In addition, supporting continuous improvement as we are building solid common foundations.
You have good communication skills to be able to present your analysis in an understandable and constructive way. Ability to multi-task and manage various project elements simultaneously, leadership skills and good attention to details.
Most important, you are a motivating team member to partake in supporting development as well as acting in a competence and knowledge sharing culture.
English is required.
