Right now we're looking for a Project Manager - Digital. Someone who's passionate about creative global communication strengthening the IKEA Brand and bring impact to the business, who navigates in the digital possibilities always on the outlook for the solution that fits the message and the frames that fits the solution. That someone with the talent of togetherness.
The Business Area Digital at IKEA Communications carries out all assignment involving global digital communication at IKEA. Our mission is to create and produce excellent communication that positions IKEA as a strong, unique and meaningful brand.
As Project Manager, you are leading end-to-end the creation and production of global digital communication projects by delivery of high quality solutions in time, to make this possible you take lead of a creative team consisting of but limited to Interior Designer, Visual Designer, Experience Designer, Copywriter and Web Publisher. You are essential part of creating a team that base the creation on good collaboration and inclusion of ideas, experience and diverse views. You challenge the ideas towards the IKEA strategies and drive the reflection on the relevance for the many people.
In the role you will:
Lead diverse teams assigned for each assignment from brief to the delivery of excellent global communication solutions based on approved briefs.
Work closely together with IKEA Communications Image Production and/or other production companies.
Be responsible for the business aspects of the projects; create and agree on quotations, debrief, identify deviations and secure delivery within agreed budget frames.
Plan, lead and secure that the production is carried out according to agreed working processes and time plans, and ensure that these are communicated to and understood by relevant stakeholders as well as the production team.
Identify consequences of deviations from agreed project plan with regards to quality, time and cost, communicate consequences with relevant stakeholders and secure decisions needed to move forward.
Negotiate contracts with production companies in relation to your projects.
Manage project budget.
Lead by understanding how to apply IKEA Tone of Voice, Democratic Design Model in communication, IKEA Range and other IKEA strategies making the IKEA offer come to life.
