As the business is growing, we are now increasing our capacity in our Project Management Office by hiring a Project Manager.

As a member of a regional PMO team in Europe, you will carry out digital projects in Sweden and, if required, other European nations.
This position reports to
Head of Project Management Office
Your responsibilities
Plan the project activities and resources from execution to delivery, according to time, budget, and scope with high quality assurance.
Monitor progress and tracking roadblocks, managing project risks.
Build a strong team around you, strive to show leadership, and have the confidence to change the status quo.
Run several projects at the same time, in varying sizes.

Continuously use critical thinking, continuous communication, and negotiation skills in a workplace where sustainability and digitalization are in focus.
Manage relationships with project stakeholders, including customers, vendors, and highly skilled internal teams.
Stay updated on industry best practices and project management methodologies. Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement changes to enhance project delivery.
Your background
A Bachelor's or Master's degree within software engineering, or equivalent.
Background in project management, preferably at least 3 years.
Experience of running industrial projects is merited.
Flexible and digital mindset, eager to learn and grow.
Communicative personality motivated by accomplishments and collaborative spirit.
Scrum Master certification would be advantageous.
Fluency in Swedish and English, written and spoken alike, is required.
