JOB DESCRIPTION
Our department Core Product Platforms is responsible for securing technology platforms to most of Axis products.
We are looking for a project and program manager to lead our software platform development. A great and inspirational leader that has experience working with engineering, design, and/or quality assurance across organizations.
To manage people, progress, deliverables and success is simply your signature. Progress is impossible without change and you are used to lead even in situations of uncertainty advancing towards favorable result.
You'll guide and support product development, be part of roadmap and requirements planning, build strong bonds and relationships with focus on people and results.
In this position having experience from working with global partners and platform vendors is very useful.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
Senior project manager with full project lifecycle experience
Enjoys technical challenges and can work with various teams to resolve delivery dependencies
Knows how to get the deliveries secured
Managing projects using Agile software development e.g. Scrum or Kanban, and collaborating with cross-functional teams
Communication and people skills with strong drive to accomplish goals
Comfortable in communicating with external partners and platform vendors
Understands the importance of a smile.
