Summary
We are looking for a reliable Project Manager to ensure that the department's external and internal requirements are met before our product reaches our customers. You will be responsible for inspecting procedures and outputs and identifying mistakes or non-conformity issues.
The goal is to assure the high quality of our digital solutions aligned to our business objectives.
IT Project management experience is desirable.
Responsibilities
• Develops, implements, and manages processes to ensure that solutions meet required specifications for quality, function, and reliability prior to delivery.
• Identifies and sets appropriate quality standards and parameters for Digital Solutions.
• Communicates quality standards and parameters to system engineers, system testers and other appropriate staff.
• Coordinates product testing processes.
• Ensure project specifications are detailed and aligned with customer expectations.
• Participates in product testing.
• Identifies and analyses issues, bugs, defects, and other problems, particularly when problems recur in multiple products; recommends and facilitates solutions to these issues.
• Reviews internal, customer, and user feedback.
• Stay up to date with latest software QA standards, both externally and within Alstom.
Objectives
• Develop and maintain the quality assurance processes for digital solutions.
• Manage the requirements gathering phase of new projects.
• Ensure engineering specifications / deliverables conform to requirements.
• Validate test cases are fully defined prior to engaging product testing cycles.
• Oversee testing and validation cycles.
Information Systems
• Establish and maintain the usage Jira and test cases software suite to best practices.
• Provide process documentation and training to system testers.
• Publish QA documentation, standards and status on SharePoint.
