Our Engineering department is creating a strong foundation of skills for new technologies and innovations. We have a committed passion to create and deliver iconic and desirable global products suitable for volume production. We are now looking for a Project Manager!
Description
You will be part of the Operational Development organization, which consists of experts in Value Engineering, Business Exploration, Process Development, Planning, Modularity and Project Coordinators. This organization is responsible to develop tools and processes, educate and support the organization to work in the most efficient way, by looking beyond the regular methods and involving all stakeholders.
We are looking for a Project Manager that can work with several projects, of different types and magnitude, as well as be a valuable support for Business Development, Vehicle Development and can act as a Mentor for this.
You will work together with all business areas, line and projects within Nevs. You will also work externally with project customers.
We are looking for someone who has;
• knowledge about project assistant tools project,
• planning and change management skills worked with Lean tools,
• planning and support tools
• Language skills (Swedish/English)
You master English and Swedish, both spoken and written.
To be successful in the role, you need to;
• have good communication and presentation skills,
• be effective and organized
• have the ability to plan and prioritize
• have good social skills be creative, solution-oriented and open minded.
