hela Sverige We are looking for a PM (Project Management) Tender Manager to join our team in the Nordic region. The PM Tender Manager is part of the Project Management function and works during the sales phase of a project. They will work as part of the extended sales team and with the customer to develop a project execution strategy that is competitive and executable as budgeted, planned and contracted.
Your tasks:
Define the delivery, installation, commissioning, and takeover strategy for the wind farm
Work with internal functions to deliver a competitive and realistic project budget (project team, site infrastructure, logistics, crane and installation, commissioning, balance of plant)
Develop and deliver a project program (aligned internally and externally)
Produce a resource plan where resources have been secured (either internally or externally) and accurately budgeted
Analyzing offer scope, negotiating proposals and complex contracts with customers and involved parties until final contract closing
Risk review during the sales process and active transfer of risk mitigation measures to the customer contract negotiations
Conducting access route and site surveys to check accessibility in close coordination with the PM logistics department
Liaise with other internal functions like Sales, Engineering, Purchasing, Service, Finance and Legal during tendering phase
In the case of turnkey projects, tendering and contract negotiation of infrastructure services in close coordination with the central Turnkey Management team. Representation of the Nordex organization to our clients
Building a good relationship with the client and delivering customer satisfaction
This position can be placed preferably in Helsinki (Finland) or Uppsala (Sweden).

Your profile:
Technical background with a Bachelor's or Master's degree in engineering
Project management experience, ideally in the wind energy sector and/or in turnkey construction
Professional experience in comparable positions working on multi-million EUR contracts with strong commercial and financial acumen
Strong interface thinking approach - ability to work across multiple functions and understand the impact of the interactions and limitations in terms of programming and budgeting
Excellent negotiation and communication skills
Strong interpersonal skills to be able to build relationships and work with other internal functions and clients to ensure all project constraints and conditions are understood.
Ability to work in different business cultures
Willingness to go on business trips within Europe
Good knowledge of local regulations and legal requirements regarding construction works and HSE.
Good command of planning software (e.g MS Project/Primavera)
Excellent English language skills. Additionally, Finnish, Swedish and/or Norwegian language would be highly valued.
Experience of working with/administering/negotiating construction contracts would be an advantage, e.g. FIDIC, ABA99 standards
