We are looking for 2 summer workers, at our headquarter based in Stockholm next to Mall of Scandinavia! This role includes office support, manager support and setting up and maintaining of office routines and structure.
This is an great opportunity to work with many different stakeholders both internal and external in a large international organization in a Swedish office. You will also have the opportunity to work with engaged nice colleagues. The positions are placed within Vattenfall Wind.
The period will be 4+4 weeks from the middle of June- middle of July and from the middle of July- middle of August.
Tasks
• Update names on the permanent desks
• Clean the archive together with the help of our new paralegal
• Pick up letters from the service center
• Order catering for meetings
• Book rooms for meetings for one year ahead
• Book flights and hotels for 3 managers
• Take care of travel expenses
• Update distribution lists by adding new employees and removing those who retired, left Vattenfall
• Update organizational charts for Wind Onshore departments
Your profile and personal skills
We believe that you have an Secondary school education in technical science, social science, or economic science.
Fluently in both English and Swedish is also required. Of course you are a team player and are able to work independently. You are able to structure information and tasks and are used to computers with some experience using computers in daily schoolwork. Meritorious experience is knowledge of PowerPoint and Excel.
