IES offers digesters for biogas production, know-how, after sales service, operational concepts and traded biomass. The feedstock consists mainly of fruit other vegetable waste, manure and whey. The combination of the Products and Services constitutes a strong business concept. The approach is the same for other business areas. IES has a considerable and growing in-house expertise in microbiology, biotechnology, biochemistry, and business administration with several co-workers at PhD level with important international contacts in Asia, USA, and Israel and in Europe. The resulting combined network guarantees a qualified flow of engineering and scientific ideas and a fruitful exposure of our biogas technology.
Job description: Project management of technical developments in biogas production and biomass handling and treatment. Planning and economy calculations for new biogas plants.
Qualifications: PhD in biotechnology, especially biogas technology and with knowledge about (microbial) fuel cells. Language requirement: fluent in English and Chinese including technical/scientific writing
