SCA is currently searching for recent graduates in Engineering to start in 2017. Selected candidates will participate in SCA's two-year Graduate On-boarding Program within the organization.
We are currently offering Graduate Engineer a position within our Project Management Office, PMO, that will prepare you for a sustainable career in SCA. Based out of our Gothenburg office, you will gain deep understanding of the SCA global organization including shorter and longer assignments abroad, significant insights in Project Management best practice processes and tools, whilst simultaneously delivering concrete results to the business as support to the senior Project Managers. Upon successful completion of the program, you will have a very broad platform for your further career within SCA.
Responsibilities
During the 24 month SCA GO! Program you will work in the PMO administration with the continuous development and trainings of our Project Management process and tools and the further roll-out of our Project Portfolio Management system. You will also be an active partner and support to one or more International Business Project Managers for some major global projects. The first 6 months, you will have an on-boarding program to develop your skills in our Project Management process, Prime, and the Project Portfolio Management system, Planview. The following 18 months, you will concentrate on delivering according to our PMO mission i.e. spreading Project Management best practice globally and support to deliver major projects within SCA.

What are we looking for?
Work experience is not required, but appropriate internships are an advantage. Having obtained a Master's degree in Engineering achieved less than 3 years ago will be a prerequisite. Your level of English and Swedish needs to be fluent. Finally, availability for traveling may be required for the SCA GO! Program.
