Right now we plan to strengthen our team with a project manager that can help us in our transformation journey. You understand the different phases in a change process and can explain what's happening within the organization to your team. You have project management experience from industrialization projects and preferably also have a good knowledge from Agile project management. You and your team will be responsible for the R&D budget, technical development, verification and production preparation. It is important to be persistent and have a never give up attitude and you shall have a proven leader ship talent. You listen to your team and organization around you, the team listens to you and the team deliver at its best.
Project Management Office (PMO) is responsible for the complete delivery of Product development projects. Project Management Engineering belongs to the PMO and is responsible for the technical part of development projects. The areas of responsibilities are design, verification & validation, purchasing and manufacturing.

Competence Profile & Qualifications
To qualify for this role, you should have thorough experience from:
Project Management. You have experience from all development phases and have industrialized and delivered a product or service to the market
The product development process and preferably also from agile working methods
Risk management, Planning and Cost follow up
Leadership work. You have excellent relationship- and interpersonal skills and can easily reach across functions, processes and organization when needed. You bring the best out of individuals as well as organization
