Are you experienced in managing business opportunities? Are you looking of and international challenge working close with the Electrolux IT management to develop and improve Electrolux IT?
The Electrolux account is looking for a new member to the account management team that will be responsible for managing the account opportunities, change and service request as well as the global account control and administration.
The account PMO Manager is responsible for global account service request management, change management and global account control and administration.  Coordinates and manages document control for global executive issues management, service and change management, contract management, customer satisfaction, quality, audit and records management, governance, and other administrative and control functions critical to the success of a global outsourcing relationship. Ensures that adequate methodologies and controls are employed to proactively monitor and control approved projects. Leads a team of professionals, directly or dotted line, capable of supporting the detail and activities in critical business opportunity, administrative and control functions. 
Primary Responsibilities
• Manages service request process for all business
• Manages change process for all business
• Proactively advises the Client Director of contractual deadlines
• Coordinates the production and delivery of billing reporting
• Coordinates and serves as the secretary for Governance Review meetings
• Responsible for project methodologies to be used across the account
• Oversees the organisation quality function
• Manage account Audit and Compliance
• Oversees and coordinates project reporting to FS management
• Coordinates reporting for global service request management, change management and contract change management
• Oversees external (customer facing) and internal communications
• May be delegated to act for the Account Manager in client relationship capacity to support operational and management objectives
We are looking for a person that has experience in service sales and consultancy service delivery. Preferably you have work with IT- outsourcing and have engaged with customers on a senior IT management level.
