hela Sverige Join our client 's team in the implementation of a contract management system specifically designed for Legal and Sourcing contracts. You 'll play a crucial role in clarifying the necessary processes to enhance our client 's operations.
Assignment/Project description:
This project will implement a contract management system for Legal and Sourcing contracts. And clarify the processes needed.
Resource Deliverables:
As project leader, you will be responsible for setting up a demand specification and implementing a contract management system including the development of supporting processes and policies. This is expected to be done by involving the relevant stakeholders in the organization. This project will mainly be driven by you as a project leader, even though there are point-of-contacts from IT, Sourcing, and Legal appointed to this project. You will report progress to a steering group and have a lot of interaction with a reference group that will be the future users of the system.
Desired outcome:
After finishing the assignment, a contract management system with needed processes and governance should be in place, existing contracts should be set up in the system.
Requirements:
* Our client is looking for an experienced Project Manager, who will drive the process mapping and evaluation of our client 's future contract database.
* You are a good communicator and have experience in managing, coordinating, and involving several stakeholder groupings.
* You apply a systematic approach to reviewing, compiling, and analyzing data in order to be able to draw conclusions about the contract database system of the future.
* You drive the project forward and ensure good quality of deliveries, while at the same time, you enjoy taking your own initiative and immersing yourself in technical aspects.
As rea responsible Project Manager the following qualities are required:
* Plan, organized, and led the project from start to completion.
* Develop and establish detailed project plans including strategy, goals, scope, time plans, resources, and prioritization of activities.
* Coordinate, involve, and define the requirement specifications from stakeholders (Sourcing, Legal, and CRM among others), team members, customers, and other parties regarding the contract database.
* Be responsible for project documentation and reporting and continuously report updates and influences on goals, scope, and timeline.
* Identify, evaluate, and present different processes for each user group to the contract database.
* Meritorious with experience in IT Project Management and evaluation/implementation of contract databases.
* Meritorious with experience in an international environment and change management projects.
