Scope
Volvo Car Sweden Workshop Development Team is responsible for driving the transformation of the Volvo workshops processes.
This position focuses heavily on driving implementation projects within the Swedish retailer network.
You will be part of a team of project leaders and business developers that drives actual change of retailer business, processes and customer interactions.
What you will be doing
You will lead your own projects and your customers will be the retailer.
In close cooperation with local management teams and retailer staff you will drive organisational changes as well as process oriented changes.
You will also be driving short term projects, analyses and participate in Volvo Car Sweden development meetings.
To a large extent the main work is based at retailer, meaning that you will have to manage extensive travelling, primarily within Sweden.
You and your skills
You have a senior background as leader at retailer level.
You are well experienced in leading transformative project 's.
It's a must that you are fluent in both Swedish and English, (spoken and written)
On a personal level
You have a great sense of business understanding as well as solid customer focus. You are clear and concise in your communication, structured in your way of working and really make things move forward. It is important that you are used to working in a changing environment where you take a proactive approach and that you also enjoy collaborating with many different business functions.
