We do this by looking at all aspects of their business and analyze and benchmark its parts using our inhouse business-model. Once a strategy is formed, we help implementing it, in a project-based way.

We are looking for a Project leader with experience from the hotel/restaurant-sector that has good energy, charisma and enthusiasm
The Position
As our face out to the customer the PL will create and developing solutions for our customers to drive sales and/or lower costs. You will play an essential role, where your ideas and creativity will turn into something very much real, isn't that a dream come true? We don't really care where you got your skills from, as long as you have both sales skills and project leader traits within you. Is this role a custom fit for you? Come on then, it's gonna be fun!
You will be working with:
• Understanding the customers business and status in the market
• Collect and analyze data using an internal model
• Compare KPI's to relevant market
• Create strategies together with the HQ-team
• Implementing the formed strategies
We believe that you as a successful Project Leader:
• Have experience from working with external agencies where pitch processes and briefs are an important part of project work
• Take initiative and challenge old truths
• Can set clear timelines, do risk analysis, build business cases and budgets.
• Inspire and motivate the people you work with
• Have experience of working with digital and physical customer experience
In this role, you have the strategic and operational responsibility to lead several projects. You will mostly work on site at the customer but will have full support by HQ. You will play an important part in creating the No. 1 Brand for Scaling Up, in the service sector.
