You will be a part of the PMO that supports Scania's central finance organisation Finance & Business Control (F&BC), within Head Office located in Södertälje. F&BC is a corporate function headed by our CFO with the global responsibility of processes and supporting solutions within finance. The position offers the opportunity to work in a challenging environment with a great diversity of stakeholders worldwide.
About the position
You will work closely with our customers which represent different parts of Scania and different countries.
You are customer oriented and show strong interest in our customers ' business and needs and you want to develop further.
As a project leader:
• you are good at driving projects and lead others
• you are goal oriented but at the same time open and a good listener
• you are structured and well organized
• you are knowledgeable about processes within finance
• you have the ability to see how your project affects the overall picture
Your profile
In order for you to be successful in this job you need to be good at driving projects, leading others, communication and coordination. You are able to transform business needs to requirements and work together with business users and IT. You are passionate about change management, have the ability to manage different tasks simultaneously and have a big interest to create value for the customer.
You have a degree in finance with a big interest in project management. Experience from agile work is added value. You will have at least a couple of years ' experience as a project leader and need to be fluent in English.
