Within IEB we are looking for talented colleagues for our project who can contribute to the success of the IEB program.
Program Management Office
The Program Office is established as a central capability - with the responsibility to deliver on all PMO processes. Amongst other, that includes securing ways of working across process areas and cross workstreams. Furthermore to establish and maintain a common toolbox for program management tasks as well as delivering on several areas that lies within the responsibility of the IEB PMO.
Main responsibilities
The role will be part of the Central IEB Program management Office. The aim for the Program office is to ensure the progression and success of the IEB program though driving several central program capabilities, as for example governance, planning, quality assurance, performance management.
Our guiding star is to reduce complexity and provide a well structured efficient working structure for the program as a whole.
Your profile
You have a university degree in engineering or equivalent and at least five years work experience within relevant competence area. You have a background in controlling, logistics, purchasing, development, project management or similar.
A merit is experience from SAP implementations representing the business side and/or larger business transformations, preferably from the industry.
You are a team player, who has a passion for cross-collaboration and can handle operational tasks while having a strategic mindset at the same time. You are motivated by complexity and to make the complex simple and understandable. You have a pragmatic and situation-based approach and a large portion of "gut feeling" combined with self-confidence. You are open, enthusiastic and self-motivated with a positive mind and "can-do" attitude. On a personal level you strive to build wide contact networks with long-term relationships through good collaboration, communication, structure and trust.
You will contribute skills in an experienced ambitious team in a high profile program in an international cross-functional environment. This is a great opportunity to gain experience and build skills for the future!

The position is physically located at Scania's HQ in Södertälje, Sweden, and with the opportunity to work from other locations from time to time.
