In Swedbank you have the opportunity to:
• Join the Project Management Office ("PMO") at Robur consisting of members who are passionate about their work and committed to delivering high-quality projects.
• Work across the entire Robur organisation and have critical role in Robur achieving its strategic agenda through successful project delivery.
• Lead and manage projects from initiation to closure, ensuring sufficient analysis and planning of projects as well as timely execution of projects within scope and budget.
• Develop project plans, including defining project scope, goals, deliverables, timelines, resources, and risks.
• Communicate with steering committees, senior members, project team members, and other stakeholders to keep them informed of project progress, risks, and issues.
• Coordinate and ensure that project team members are aligned on project goals and objectives and that their work is managed effectively.
• Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure projects stay on track.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders across the organization.
• Contribute to a continuous improvement of project management processes and the PMO's practices.
• Be part of collaborative and positive working environment within the PMO and the rest of the organisation.
What is needed in this role:
• >5 years' experience as project manager with qualified experience from managing projects, from project initiation - through project analysis, project planning, and project execution - until project handover/closure.
• Experience from banking/fund management and/or management consultant firms with experience from IT and/or regulatory projects is an advantage.
• Experience from asset management, securities, and/or the savings space is considered as a strong merit.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in related fields.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent communication skills in both Swedish and English.
• Analytical and problem-solving mindset.
• Self-driven, always takes responsibility for project progress, with strong track record of independently managing problems, defining solutions, and knowing when escalations are necessary.
• Strong ability to grasp new concepts, dive into details and effectively aggregate relevant content and produce results.
• Ability to work well under pressure and to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Team player contributing to a positive working environment and development of the PMO.
