PROJECT LEADER AFTERSALES
As the Project Leader within aftersales, your main responsibility will be to set up the spare part process between Lynk & Co International and Lynk & Co/Geely in China but you will also work within the diagnostic team and with the order to delivery process to support Lynk & Co International in interfaces with China.
To be able to deliver in this role, we are looking for a sharp and structured project leader with excellent skills in both English and Chinese. You are a team player with a pragmatic and holistic view on things.
You will be a part of Lynk & Co Uptime Business Operations function and report to director Uptime Business Operations.

Well, let us give you some more information on what we want you to do.
You will:
• Secure spare parts are broken down to be able to source
• Secure contracting part in China and agree on commercial flow between entities
• Together with purchasing in China source parts at the right price point
• Define spare part process end-to-end including supersessions, BIW and VOR
• Secure solution for registration of parts and master parts data
• Establish Order-to-delivery (OtD) forecast and ordering "office" in China
• Identify and set-up contacts and operational network with all relevant stakeholders
• Be project coordinator for projects between Geely Research Institute (GRI) and Lynk & Co International
• Support in coordination of diagnostic systems (GLDS) tests
WHO ARE YOU?
• You probably have a university degree level in Business, Economics, Science or related discipline
• In your wardrobe you have structured everything after color
• You turn up in time and deliver what you have promised
• You have a great ability to adapt and perform in a constantly changing, fast-paced, highly demanding work environment
• You can impress any dinner party with your Chinese knowledge, of course in Chinese.
• You have experienced how it is to work in an international environmental and just love it
• English comes natural and you might even have skills in other European languages
