Our Engineering department is now creating a strong foundation of skills and we are therefore looking for a Project Leader for Test & Validation who will:
• Be responsible for test and validation for all systems at the Interior department.
• Plan and coordinate cross functional engineering and development projects
• Active participation in leadership team for Interior department.
• Support the definition, maintenance and continuous improvement of engineering and product development processes, guidelines and methods for test & validation.
• Identify opportunities or implement changes to improve products or processes and reduce costs.
We are looking for someone who has:
• Relevant experience in the work area, minimum 5 years, preferably in the automotive industry.
• University engineering education or equivalent experience.
• Driver license B
You master English and Swedish, both spoken and written.
To be successful in this role, you need to:
• Have a thorough knowledge and understanding of development and production of cars.
• Be creative, solution-oriented and open minded.
• Have excellent communication skills.
• Have highly structured working approach.
• Have the ability to plan and prioritize.
Terms
National Electric Vehicle Sweden AB is a member of the Engineering Industries and covered by current collective bargaining agreement signed by Unionen / Sveriges Ingenjörer / Ledarna.
