Vattenfall is Europe's fifth largest electricity generator and the largest producer of heat and operates in Sweden, Denmark, Germany, the Benelux and the UK. Our strategy is to reduce emissions from power generation with a road map to achieve climate neutrality by 2050. Business Division Renewables is responsible for wind power and biomass. Investments in wind power is an important cornerstone to deliver our road map and we plan, build and own wind farms in six countries, onshore and offshore. Investment in biomass fuel is key to further reduce the emissions. We have about 300 employees.

Within BD Renewables the Business Unit Onshore Wind Projects (BU Onshore) is working with development and construction of onshore wind farms in five countries. BU Onshore is now looking to recruit a Project Leader Systems and Internal Processes.

Main Responsibilities
• Project Leader and responsible for the execution of different projects and initiatives within the BU
• The right hand of Head of BU and Head of Commercial Steering in getting the BU more organised and structured

Work Tasks:
• Lead project teams/task forces within BU Onshore when implementing new processes, routines or systems
• Responsible for the implementation of new systems and routines in the Business Unit for example IT Systems (Planisware, Livelink) or different types of Management Systems
• Represent BU Onshore in projects initiated from Business Division Renewables or Vattenfall Group
• Assist the BU departments (Engineering and Construction, Commercial Steering, Development Organisations) in setting up Pan European Project initiatives to capture synergies
• Support head of BU and Commercial Steering in structuring and launching cross functional initiatives
• Responsible for ensuring that BU live up to Group requirements e.g. in legal compliance
Qualification & Experience
Required education is BSc- or Master's degree. You typically have experience from working as a project leader or management consultant within systems or processes. You are very familiar with project leadership. Experience from working in an international environment and with international teams is considered as an advantage. The service requires very good Swedish and English knowledge both written and spoken.

As a person we expect that you are self-motivated, performance driven and a team player. You are social, service minded by nature and create positive and strong relations within the organisation. You are responsible, organised, structured and a person that takes the initiative to get things done. As we have a complex organisation with team members that are located in different countries you also need to have very good interpersonal skills.
