Lindholmen Science Park AB works without its own gain with the vision of strengthening Sweden's competitiveness with a focus on tomorrow's mobility for people and goods, through two parallel assignments. We develop the ecosystem within the geographical area of Lindholmen Science Park and we run programs and activities for open innovation and research.

Tasks
As a project leader at Lindholmen Science Park, you work with various projects in the field of mobility with a focus on the railway sector. The roles include leading multi stakeholder innovation projects for developing the next generation of European railway system. The role includes a large measure of collaboration with various actors in the field. The work presupposes an understanding of strategic decisions as well as individual actors' own choices. If you have experience from the railway sector, this is an advantage
We are looking for you
Who has a master of science in engineering in a relevant area and can develop contacts with people in all different positions at our partners and the ability to build trust both internally and externally. You must have a good ability to work together with others and be used to working in teams. You are a helpful team player who enjoys working on projects. You have good understanding of the railway sector as of today and are familiar with the future challenges for the sector.
You have a quality awareness in what you do and is clear in your communication. You are structured and take great responsibility for your work tasks. We are looking for you who can work independently and is flexible in the way of working and interested in the area of innovation, collaboration and sustainability and its significance for Lindholmen Science Park. It is an advantage if you have experience of working in the railway sector.
