Main objective
The main objective is to be an independent resource that analyses and improves quality related issues focuses on plastic parts.
• Participate in on-going logging of current situation regarding quality issues
• Get information from responsible SQE's regarding actual quality situation at suppliers
• Visit suppliers and log their main quality problems and understand on-going improvement activities
• Support the work to compile demand criteria's from production regarding main suppliers.
• Support the development of a recommended way of working in order to secure process stability (handling, defect reporting, corrective actions:.)
• Participate to make Gap-analyse about the current situation regarding documentation vs. proposed.
The project will start outside Gothenburg the first weeks but will be more focused to Gothenburg later in the project.
Qualifications
We expect you to have a relevant university degree in the technical or mechanical area and that you have been working with quality related issues like ISO 9000 and 14000. We also believe you have experience of working in an international environment, and preferably within the automotive business.
Personality
As a person you are business minded with a structured approach. You have a high level of self-motivation and good social skills. You have excellent networking skills and knowledge of working with change in an open and communicative way. Deliveries at agreed time are important for you and you can handle many tasks at the same time. You work in a structured and systematic way. Excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills in English are a must.
