hela Sverige The successful candidate will work in Product Documentation, at Volvo Group Trucks Technology (Powertrain Engineering), located in Gothenburg.
Job Description:
The group supports the local Gothenburg organization with documentation of our products in Kola, work methods and system questions as well as participating in key users groups.
The work is also performed in an international environment together with colleagues in France, South, North America and Japan.
Some activities are performed across the different sites. As a member of this team you will also focus on building this cooperation as well as the contacts with the different users within the global Volvo community, networking skills will therefore be considered as a strong merit.
Main responsibilities:
Coordinate all Product documentation activities and to be main contact person for projects.
Create time plans and action plans which are in line with projects time plan for all activities that have connection to product documentation according to the Project handbook.
Provide user support and answer questions regarding Volvo PDM system.
Participate in the global key user group update work methods, and system improvements.
Minimum Education and Experience:
Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent experience from engineering work within the automotive industry.
Knowledge of Volvo systems such as KOLA, PROTUS, PDM-Link is considered as a merit.
Demonstrated ability to work in multi-cultural groups.
