Description of the project:
You will work in a team with two other project leaders. You will work together to inspire and organize Spanish and Arabic speaking lgbt youth.

Conditions: Two year of contract with one year at time.
Qualifications:
• Fluent in English both spoken and written
• Excellent languages skills in Arabic
• Knowledge of Arabic terms regarding Sexual orientation
• Have a general knowledge of Microsoft Office and using Arabic letters and numbers on computer
• Knowledge of using social media
• Be easy to communicate and inspire others, especially those with immigrant background
Duties:
• Translation of information material. Analyze and correct material written in Arabic
• Disseminate information, both orally and in writing, at festivals, conferences, social media, website, etc.
• Inspire and involve lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender youth
• Writing a manual of being active
• Organize social activities for the target group
• Organize international activities: exchanges, conferences, seminars
Merits:
• Knowledge of Swedish
• Experience in volunteer involvement and youth activities
• Knowledge of Adobe software (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator)
• Knowledge of anti-racist work
• Knowledge of SIDA (Swedish International Development Agency) grant and EU grant
• Knowledge of administration and accounting
• Knowledge of other cultures and intersectionality
