Position description:
Assignment Specification - Area Efficiency Project
PROJECT TARGET
• Area reduction
• Manning need for Logistic operation +-0.
• Implementation of 1 sequencing pilot on 2.nd level.
• Implementation of 5 WoW flow.
METHOD
Resources within Logistics will be part of the project.
Screen and visualise the m2 usage within the plant. Find further opportunities to reduce space by utilizing Lean flow procedures. Screen and visualise the m2 need of area for logistics. Visualise new set ups and flows when needed in order to convince the need of change.
Plan and implement improvements for an optimized layout management based on the line back principle.
PROJECT LEADER ASSIGNMENT
Be the Project Leader of the project.
Visualise the project target and overall strategy.
Plan, lead and follow up the different sub tasks/projects in order to accomplish the overall targets. Drive and coach to solve the project. Drive and solve tasks. Clearly visualise the need of project resources. Follow up the Targets on a monthly basis.
Monthly report the project status.
Skills and required experience:
• University degree or equivalent in Logistics
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Logistics and project management
