Our Engineering department is creating a strong foundation of skills for new technologies and innovations. We have a committed passion to create and deliver iconic and desirable global products suitable for volume production.
We are now looking for a project leader for the Interior systems.
Description
The Interior Department, that you will be part of, is incorporated in a bigger unit inside the Technical Development Organization and works closely with the other engineering areas, attributes, quality, purchasing and manufacturing areas. In this role, project leader, you will lead the cross functional engineering and development projects within the Interior department. You will also support the maintenance and continuous improvement of engineering and product development processes.
The role also involves to;
• Ensure project deliverables according to NEVS development process,
• Be responsible for resolution of roadblocks or escalation when needed,
• Active participation in leadership team for E/E department,
• Supporting the guidelines and methods in the E/E department,
• Identify opportunities or implement changes to improve products or processes and reduce costs,
• Evaluating the feasibility of new proposals and products,
• Anchoring the assignment's decisions, development and status with the responsible line management.
Qualifications
We are looking for someone who has;
• Sc. degree in Engineering or equivalent experience,
• Relevant experience in the work area, minimum 8-10 years, preferably in the automotive industry,
• Driver license B.
You master English and Swedish, both spoken and written.

• Be creative and solution-oriented, and open minded,
• Be informing in work with for both internal- and external partners,

Terms
National Electric Vehicle Sweden AB is a member of the Engineering Industries and covered by current Collective bargaining agreement signed by Unionen / Sveriges Ingenjörer / Ledarna.
