Dina arbetsuppgifterWork tasks
As an Integration Leader your main purpose will be to secure the CI machinery for code, feature and product integrations. Identify and drive improvements in this area, as well as secure visualization of status for integrations. Further on your responsibilities will be to secure collaboration and cooperation across the business, technology and operations dimensions, secure continuous flow optimization, implement and maintain an efficient communication structure, provide a holistic view of plans, progress and risks, manage and visualize dependencies and risk mitigations and identify and implement improvements.
KvalifikationerEducation, experience and personal qualities
• For this position you have a relevant University degree within Electronics, Physics or Software
• Experience in project management, Lean and Agile principles
• Interest and good understanding of R&D and SW development
• Fluent in English, written and oral
You have the ability to take decisions and follow through to wanted effect, despite limited information or difficult circumstances. You have the ability to act quickly and takes responsibility for your duties. Further on you have the ability to involve key people and ensure fast response to changes and have a genuine interest in leadership and have strong coaching capabilities.
