The role
As an R&D Project leader your responsibility will be to lead high voltage development according to NKT stage-gate-process. You will be the one to organize and manage the daily work of cross-functional project teams.
Other responsibilities are to:
• Identify, effectively communicate, and resolve project issues and risks.
• Planning for production of prototypes
• Development and Qualification test planning according to national, international and customer standards.
• Plan resources and establish project timelines.
• Handover of design of developed product to engineering, operations and other functions.
• Project budget planning and follow up supported by Controller.
To succeed you have a modern leadership, communicational and motivational skills with an ability to drive results. Your experience in leading global teams will be required as you will have frequent contact with colleagues at different sites.
You have proven ability to work under pressure without compromising on deliverables.
Your profile
You have at least five years ' professional experience from a similar position and preferably experience with development work in an R&D environment. You have a M.Sc. degree in Electrical or Mechanical engineering though professional experience and character can beat a formal degree. You need to be fluent in English. Swedish is meritorious.
