We are now looking for a Project Leader Electrical/Electronics (E/E)!
Description
You will be part of an E/E team, which is incorporated in a bigger unit inside the Technical Development Organization. As a project leader you will be responsible for the deliverables in our vehicles projects and be an active member of the E/E leadership team. A project leader E/E primarily collaborates internally with other project leaders in different functional areas as well as engineers and technical specialists. As a project leader in E/E you will also interact externally with suppliers and will have insight in all phases of the car project. In this role you will report to the E/E Director and maintain a constant communication with the project leader of the car project/projects you are allocated to.
The role as Project Leader E/E involves:
- Plan and coordinate cross functional engineering and development projects within the E/E department
- Ensure project deliverables according to NEVS development process
- Supporting the continuous improvement of engineering and product development processes in the E/E department
- Identify opportunities that improves products and the effectiveness of processes
- Evaluating the feasibility of new proposals and products
- Anchoring the assignment's decisions, development and status with the responsible line management
We are looking for someone who has:
- Minimum education of a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering or equivalent
- Experience from E/E systems in the automotive industry, minimum 5 years
- Have a thorough knowledge and understanding of Automotive E/E Systems
- Fluent in English both spoken and written
- Driver license B

- Have excellent automotive industry knowledge
- Adaptability in the interaction with different persons, groups and culture
- Have a highly structured working approach.
