We are now looking for Project Leader in the Creative Design department.
The role as a Project Leader involves:
- Plan and coordinate cross functional engineering and development projects regarding the Creative Design department.
- Active participation in leadership team for creative design department.
- Active participation in project management team.
- Weekly progress report.
- Supporting the definition, maintenance and continuous improvement of engineering and product development processes, guidelines and methods in the Creative Design department.
- Identify opportunities or implement changes to improve products or processes and reduce costs.
- Track and report on progress to plan. Analyze risk and instigate avoidance activities. Establish contingency plans and identify trigger events and responsibility for initiating corrective action.
- Keep all stakeholders informed of progress and issues.
- Coordinate management reviews and decision milestones.
- Arbitrate and resolve conflict and interface problems within the project.
- The Project leader is not responsible for the creative output and shall remain impartial to such.
- Ensure that Creative Design has the right planning tools to fulfill our purposes.
We are looking for someone who has:
- University engineering education or equivalent experience, MSc Proactive.
- Exhibit good leadership skills by bringing all in the team along.
- Exhibit good motivational skills to bring out the best in team members.
- Highly focused in order to stick to the objectives and goals of the company without giving in to undue distractions and challenges.
- Good crises management skills to handle pressure from project challenges.
- Ability to arbitrate and resolve conflicts.
- Relevant experience in the work area, Minimum 5-10 years.
- Fluent in English both spoken and written
To be successful in this role, you need to:
- Good presentation and communication skills, visual and verbal.
- Good planning skills and deliver on time.
- Flexible.
- Contribute to a creative and open minded atmosphere.
- Independent, confident as well as good team player.
- Willing to share knowledge.

NEVS is a member of the Engineering Industries and covered by current collective bargaining agreement signed by Unionen / Sveriges Ingenjörer / Ledarna.
