Surface Treatment Engineering develop, deliver and verifies technical solutions, strategies and competence in the area of surface treatment. It consists of pre-treatment, paint systems, corrosion protection, sealing materials, sound damping materials and body adhesives. We are approximate 50 employees divided into one design engineering group and two development, test & verification groups.
We are now looking for a new team member to be our new Project Leader and to be a part of our management team at Surface Treatment Engineering. As a Project Leader you will work in a cross functional role and on mandate from the Head of Surface Treatment Engineering, be responsible for the surface treatment deliveries in assigned car development projects.
Main responsibilities
• Operate and manage the assignment and team
• Fulfil the commitment according to Time, Technology & Cost (TTC) contract between Chief Product Manager (CPM) and Head of Surface Treatment Engineering
• Report the status of the assignment on Program Control Meeting Section (PCM-S)
• Update the PSR (Program Status Report)
• Prepare and report actual issues and decision points on different meetings (DRM-S, DRM-P etc.)
Required qualifications
• Master of Science or similar experience within relevant area, preferable Surface Treatment
• Project management experience
• Fluent in English, spoken and written
• Driving license (B)
Personal qualities
• Self-motivated and deliver on time, on target and with quality
• A good team member and team leader
• Good communication skills
• Structured with ability to work independently
• Communicative with good networking skills
