You are able to stay focused on final deliverables and apply helicopter view and critical thinking and you have done so during the last 5 years as a Meeting Place Manager.
You are motivated by finding new ways trough co-creation with colleagues and inspired by working together in an ever-changing multi-dimensional environment. You are able to handle and drive change processes in a constantly changing environment with many stakeholders and demands and act on own initiative, coordinate activities and achieve business objectives.
Additionally, you have:
• Ability to network, build relationships and interact comfortably with people in different environments and contexts.
• Interest for influencing, networking king and developing people.
• Strong analytical, strategic and tactical capabilities.
• International work experience in a multicultural environment.
• Proven English skills, both spoken and written.
A DAY IN YOUR LIFE WITH US
As an Operations Project Leader at Ingka Centres you will lead strategic projects generated within the Operations domain, act and take responsibility for delegated tasks and assignments. You will Lead strategic and complex projects, activities or work streams within the Operations domain, and plan and timely deliver the project or a project component within the budget and with expected quality.
You will establish effective cooperation with all stakeholders and partners during project development to secure project execution targets are met within expected quality, time and budget and implement mitigation plans for defined Project risk areas.
Amongst other things you will:
• Ensure required and timely reporting to the steering bodies on the budget and project progress, following company processes and procedures.
• Follow-up, accumulate and share practices and lessons learnt within project management competence with Meeting places.
In this role you will report to our Operations Manager, and be based in Malmö, Sweden.

This role belongs to the Operations Domain whose purpose is to optimize the meeting place experience for the many people to drive visitation to the Meeting Places and IKEA and deliver sustainable business growth for our Partners and Meeting Places. Achieve operational results, drive efficiency improvements and enhance commercial performance, brand value and sustainability performance of the Meeting Places.
