We currently have the following job opening;
The Project Manager role is to supervise and control the activities in the 7DCT project, to meet the target to deliver the right 7DCT on time, cost, technology and quality. This mean to direct 7DCT team members in different locations and functions to meet target. The position is located in Sweden. The position report to the VP of Transmission
Responsibilities and tasks
• Planning of the Design, validation and testing of the 7DCT
• Responsible for achieving requested attributes
• Lead the Project team located in CEVT, Sweden
• Manage cross cultural team in different locations and companies
• Manage and report progress of the project to different stakeholders
• Manage and maintain timing control in the project, to meet gates and milestones.
• Manage and lead project reviews in different functions in the project
• Develop, and implement efficient process and routines for efficient project control.
• Run and lead project management meetings
• Manage and secure that the right competence and resources are available in the project.
• Decide on opening or close gates.
• Decide on project spending
Requirements
• B.Sc. or M.Sc. eng.
• 5-10 years? experience of automotive development
• Relevant experience of the specific system area
• Knowledge about trends and applicability of new technologies
• Experience of project management
• Experience of supplier management
• Ability to drive, motivate and convince
• Persistency to pursue targets and take decisions
• Cultural awareness, especially Asian ? European culture
