We are now looking for Project Manager to take the lead in strategic, cross-functional, and global projects. The key project for your first years will be to lead an ERP transformation from pre-study to full implementation - including project team, owning your deliverables, and securing business value as well as driving the needed change in the organization. You will join the Business Excellence & Strategy Execution team, a new team that ensures execution on our strategy, builds our governance model and Project Management Office.
Your days will be filled with:
Project lead and own accountability for business projects and strategic initiatives
Lead and collaborate with the project team to secure fast progress and high business value in the project results
Work closely with project members, sponsor, the EMT (Executive Management Team) and other stakeholders cross the company global organization
Proactively contribute to develop our method and tools to secure excellence performance in our projects
Support in developing the Project Management office.
We are looking for someone with:
a project leader background and with proven years of relevant work experience in an international, growing context. You also have:
University degree (MSc or BSc) in business, engineering or similar
Skills and experience to lead a successful project
Experience from driving digital transformation, system implementations
Broad understanding of business, process, and organization
Change management skills and practice of motivating change
Demonstrated leadership capability and hands on approach
Excellent communication and coordination skills
Proficient in English language.
Other desired skills:
Experience from ERP implementation project
Certification in Project management
Understanding/Experience in the Agile philosophy, methodology and framework
Experience from companies with R&D.
