The position opening is for an overall project manager of an IT facility including conceptual architecture of the project.
The general functions and tasks to be performed:
• Research and giving shape to a new concept
• Creating a sustainable business model
• Working actively to create an international network of partners
• Securing business opportunities by cultivating mutually beneficial business relationships with current and potential clients.
• Defining and planning the functioning of the venue on a daily basis
• Defining a global marketing/communication plan
• Taking overall responsibility when the project is launched
• Daily and yearly organization, planning, budgeting and realization of the communications and marketing plan.
Your skills, Your background:
• Several years of work experience.
• Teamwork and leadership skills are imperative! Enthusiasm, coupled with the ability to motivate people.
• Highly organized, highly imaginative and open minded.
• Intricate knowledge of the USA and American culture.
• Mastery of French, English and Spanish language.
• The ability to be a strategic thinker and possessing intuitive marketing and cross platform abilities.
• An ability to act swiftly, tactfully and diplomatically while dealing with clients, companies and the government.
• Communicating (oral and written) in a friendly, organized way conducted in perfect English.
• An ability to be mobile and travel at a moment?s notice for unknown and/or long periods of time.
• An interest and capability to thrive in a competitive, international and dynamic environment.
• Mastery of Photoshop and InDesign is a plus.
